Virgin Mobile stinks and sucks eggs and stole...

GATHER just erased my whole post! Just when I was about to send it!

GRRRRRRRRR!

Last Wednesday, Virgin Mobile took all the cash out of my account -- at twenty cents a minute -- instead of using my perfectly good minute pack -- at ten cents a minute! I wsa talking to my brother, assuming that they would use some of the two hours that I had in my minute pack, but no, they cleaned outa ll my cash! Cash that I use for texting!

I only use the cash for sending text messages once in a while, and they took almost all my cash!

And it cost me twice as much per minute toi pay cash, compared to the minute pack that I bought! That's why I bought the minute pack!

I have complained to them three times, and they still have not fixed this! They owe me my cash back! I had to send them another $10 (their minimum) in order to have enough cash to send text messages at 15 cents each!

So much for their stinking lousey stupid prepaid cell phone!

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

I hate prepaid cell phones. I have one that I keep out at the barn for emergencies in case I need it and my cell phone is dead. They nickel and dime you as much as they can plus some. I hope you're able to get it resolved!

thanx -- it's better for me to have a prepaid because I can't afford the monthly plans -- at least I don't have to give them any money, as long as I don't want to use the phone

I was just going to suggest this way of paying for cell service. I do not use it this way, but some peeps like to use their phones this way. I am sorry Tessa..that really blows..
