It was a week that smelled of imminent beat downs and week 10 of the NFL regular season didn't disappoint. The Saints and Falcons staged another classic in the Georgia Dome and the wild mood swings of the Dallas Cowboys continue.
Oakland Raiders def. San Diego Chargers: Carson Palmer shows up Philip Rivers
Dominance of the line of scrimmage defined this game. The Oakland Raiders got their first glimpse good Carson Palmer when he threw two big touchdowns. Philip Rivers tried to answer for the San Diego Chargers but got sacked six times, four by Kamerion Wimbley.
Final score: 24-17
New Orléans Saints def. Atlanta Falcons: Bad call gives Drew Brees OT win
As usual the NFL regular season game between the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints went down to the wire. Unfortunately, the great play of Matt Ryan and Drew Brees got overshadowed by a terrible Atlanta fourth down call in overtime.
Final score: 26-23
Tennessee Titans def. Carolina Panthers: Chris Johnson reappears from nowhere
Cam Newton had no answers for the Tennessee Titans and the Carolina Panthers had no answers for Chris Johnson. After half a season of futility, CJ2K finally got rolling with 130 yards and a touchdown. The Titans defense sacked Newton five times.
Final score: 30-3
Pittsburgh Steelers def. Cincinnati Bengals: Andy Dalton shows guts in loss
The result was the expected one, but the Pittsburgh Steelers didn't make any statements against the Cincinnati Bengals. Rookie quarterback Andy Dalton played gutsy football for four quarters but couldn't find enough offense without an injured A.J. Green.
Final score: 24-17
St. Louis Rams def. Cleveland Browns: Sam Bradford does just enough in return
It wasn't pretty but Sam Bradford will take it. The St. Louis Rams and Cleveland Browns offered few highlights but Rams continued their slow resurgence from a miserable start by holding off the Browns for a narrow victory.
Final score: 13-12
Dallas Cowboys def. Buffalo Bills: Tony Romo perfect with three TDs
It's hard to play perfect in the NFL regular season but Tony Romo almost accomplished that. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback carved up the Buffalo Bills, missing on only three of his 26 passes and tossing three touchdowns en route to a resounding win.
Final score: 44-7
Jacksonville Jaguars def. Indianapolis Colts: Indy owns lead for Andrew Luck
There's little left to say about the cellar dwellers of the AFC South. The Jacksonville Jaguars defense looked good as usual while their offense did just enough. The Indianapolis Colts stay winless and now lead the sweepstakes for Andrew Luck.
Final score: 17-3
Denver Broncos def. Kansas City Chiefs: Tim Tebow wins throwing 8 passes
Tim Tebow mania keeps sweeping through the league. The Denver Broncos quarterback threw just eight passes in the game, completed only two of them, but managed two touchdowns against a Kansas City Chiefs team collapsing from their hopeful renewal.
Final score: 17-10
Miami Dolphins def. Washington Redskins: Reggie Bush keeps producing
Kim Kardashian must have been close by. The Miami Dolphins got another good outing from Reggie Bush and the Washington Redskins got another bad dose of Rex Grossman. Matt Moore to Anthony Fasano produced huge plays all day while Washington continues struggling to reach the end zone.
Final score: 20-9
The late games of week 10 for the NFL regular season are still to come. Stay tuned.

The real tests will be when they play the Raiders, and team with a strong defensive front, and a Broncos team that is looking better defensively every week.
In the real NFL, you have to be able to complete more than 2 passes to be a contender.
Tebow, at this time, is still just the placeholder for Andrew Luck.
As for the Bears, I'd keep beefing up that O-line with 1st round talent and use a 2nd round pick on a receiver.
However, your point is taken. They need young talent infused into those linebackers, and I'd also welcome a good corner too with the receivers we got in this division too.
