Things are looking up more and more each week for Reggie Bush. He ran for his best game with the Miami Dolphins two weeks ago, last week his Dolphins won their first game, now he gains credit for separating Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries.
Ex-publicist for Kim states Humphries marriage was a sham
Most news fans probably don't remember Jonathan Jaxon. He was the publicist of reality TV starlet Kim Kardashian for three years from 2007 to 2009. So he had intimate knowledge of the inner workings behind the Kardashian tabloid machine and their link with the E! Network. Jaxson added fuel to the growing divorce fires when he went on Good Day LA and said Kim knew two weeks before the wedding that she didn't want to marry Kris Humphries. The problem was she was under contract with E! who owned the television rights and would owe several people hefty sums of money if she didn't go through with it. Jaxon appeared for another TV interview shortly after that and stated the reason for her cold feet was she never got over Reggie Bush. It's not all that surprising. Kardashian and Bush dated for two years while weathering engagement rumors. They even broke up in July of 2009 and got back together two months later. Clearly there is something with Reggie that she didn't have with Humphries.
Miami Dolphins showing signs of Kim Kardashian luck with recent NFL success
Even though Jaxon admitted that the wedding was a publicity stunt, it doesn't change the relationship for Bush who has made no claims of being back together with Kim. However, his recent spurt of NFL success is a trademark sign of the good luck Kardashian seems to bring any athlete she dates. The proof is in the stats. At the start of the regular season, when Kim was still tethered to Kris Humphries, Reggie Bush ranked 30th in the league in rushing average at 2.2 yards per carry. Since the divorce happened and rumors flew of Kim yearning for a reunion, his numbers jumped to 4.9 yards per carry with an average of 6.2 yards in just the last three games. At his current pace Bush will run for 854 yards, 273 yards better than his career best season of 581. All that translated into an impressive performance against Kansas City that finally got the Miami Dolphins into the win column after eight weeks. Are he and Kim back together? Numbers say it's possible.
Some might call what Jonathan Jaxon says a lie because he no longer works for Kim Kardashian and is probably bitter. That doesn't change that her connection with Reggie Bush was never severed in the first place. Whether or not that relationship becomes tabloid news again supposedly depends on how the E! Network ratings are doing.
