A television ad from Cain, running on radio and the FOX News Channel, claims the Environmental Protection Agency wants to regulate methane from cattle and dust from farming activities.

In April, the EPA issued an evaluation of particulate matter pollution standards, because the report is a requirement under the Clean Air Act. The EPA says it has no plans to "regulate" dust any time soon.
Regardless, Cain insists the EPA is going to do that by January 2012.

Bush's EPA regulated farm dust:

(from that article)
"In its response to a host of legal challenges brought against the Bush administration's 2006 standards for airborne soot and dust, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia refused to exempt the regulation of farm dust.
EPA had considered exempting farming and mining operations, but the agency ultimately decided it could not exclude particular industries.
The court upheld EPA's 2006 rule for farm dust."

The tea party is still around?
OMG!!!!!
Cain is a "rain man" and he may be elected!
GOD HELP US ALL!!!!!!!!!
Cain is nearly as entertaining as Bachmann. I have mixed emotions about living in a country where a large number of people can take him seriously. Well, large numbers of people take Oprah, Deepak Chopra, Justin Bieber, et al seriously too. :)
