How goes the book sales?
CreateSpace, if you can do your interiors and cover, is free, including the ISBN number. Nothing beats free. AND, CreateSpace is owned by Amazon, so you're in the distribution stream just signing up. I do the $39.00 deal, getting the discount and distribution hub.
AuthorHouse has been around for awhile, and like many of the POD's that have been around for awhile, they charge a lot and deliver little.
One thing nice about CreateSpace, is I can, if I wish, 'discount' my own books, take orders using PayPal, then order and ship (at my cost) right from CreateSpace. For example, I COULD offer "Buy Forever Becoming, get The Fire free!"
That's just an example.
CreateSpace does offer all the bells and whistles for a price, if you need them.
I'm not ready to sign up for ebooks just yet.
