This week's episode of Glee, while addressing two couples having sex for the first time, will also be bringing back a recurring character and introducing a new one. Max Adler is back as Karofsky and Grant Gustin is being introduced as Sebastian, who may be trouble for Klaine.

Karofsky's back in "The First Time," and Chris Colfer talked to TVLine about Kurt seeing the guy who used to bully him in a gay bar: "The honesty behind [Karofsky] is kind of heartbreaking. That's his life now. That grungy bar is the place where he found acceptance." Karofsky has changed, and it sounds like it's only for the better. However, he has also apparently transferred schools, so that could mean that a return appearance is going to be a bit more difficult to explain than it was last season; he can't just pop up on the football team again.
"The First Time" is also introducing Grant Gustin as Sebastian, and Colfer admitted he "was so excited that there was something coming up between Kurt and Blaine besides the puppy-dog love scenes they've been in since Season 2." He wanted the drama that this means, and Colfer also pointed out that he "got to play Kurt in a territorial light," which is seen in one of the sneak peeks when he finds Sebastian and Blaine having coffee. However, Sebastian has been called the "villain" of the season, and many are worried he could break up Kurt and Blaine. It sounds like there's no reason to be worried after this episode, but Colfer did say, "this won't be the last time we'll see Sebastian try and steal Blaine." Will Sebastian be successful in the future? He's returning, but will he just fail again when he does? Does this mean viewers will get to see Kurt being territorial again in the future?
Klaine sex on Glee
The Glee season 3 episode 5 promo and clips have shown some talk about the sex scene coming up between Kurt and Blaine, and Chris Colfer talked about just that as well, saying it "was just very sweet and emotional," not "raunchy and over-the-top." It looks like that could be said about the scenes for both couples, based on what's been released. These are two couples obviously in love, and it seems like that's going to be evident when it comes time for their first times together.
