When Jennifer Aniston first got together with Justin Theroux, he already had a girlfriend, costume designer and fashion stylist Heidi Bivens. Justin unceremoniously dumped Heidi for Jennifer, and although Heidi has been pretty quiet in the months since the breakup, that might be about to change.
Star Magazine (via Jezebel) is claiming that Heidi is considering legal action against Justin—because even though they weren't married, they did live together for 14 years, which is considered common-law partnership in many states. And if Heidi sues and the case goes to court, Jennifer might have to testify!
Heidi Bivens should totally sue Justin Theroux. She was the one who had to move out of their New York City apartment after the breakup of their 14-year relationship, and if the Star report is to be believed, she hasn't received any sort of financial support or a settlement from him. Plus, she's had to deal with seeing her ex and his jump-off all over magazines and television, which would obviously be distressing. You would think Jennifer Aniston could totally relate to that, since she's had to see Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie everywhere for the past six years. But if Heidi sues—and that's a big if, considering this is Star—you know Jennifer will probably force Justin into an out-of-court settlement so she doesn't have to testify and admit to being a homewrecker.
What do you think? Should Heidi Bivens sue Justin Theroux? Should Jennifer Aniston have to testify? Sound off in the comments!

Grow up Heidi! Do not live with a guy who doesn't make a commitment with you again.
Heidi and Justin are adults when you're together. She should be resonsible for her own life. She had chosen and was willing to live with him without commitment for more than 10 years. Whom should be blamed? Heidi or Justin or both, but no one else.
