On the surface that is a beautiful quotation.

If it were all as simple as that - all the great positive confessions & all the learning going on would be a continual fountain of youth!

We would then really see a lot more people without all those wrinkles & saggy bodies.

I keep learning but my body just keeps aging! ;) My mind is young, yet mature.

I'm right there with you! It's my mind going on me that worries me more than a saggy bottom. That's alot scarier to me than a few wrinkles. (Though it would be nice not to have to worry about those either!)

Keeping your mind young is the clue. I may be old chronologically, and my body is beginning to show it's age, but my mind is like an 18 year old.
