Miley Cyrus proved she's a great friend to Kelly Osbourne by going out for an early 27th birthday dinner on Thursday. Osbourne real birthday was on Friday but Cyrus got the celebration off early. The two singers were spotted at Los Angeles' Little Door restaurant.
E! reports that Osbourne was so happy about the dinner date that she tweeted, "Having the best birthday with @MileyCyrus I'm so happy she came!"
Miley Cyrus and Kelly Osbourne's friendship was forged during their time filming the movie So Undercover in New 
Orleans during 2010. Since then, Miley and Kelly's friendship has received a lot of press over their Twitter rants and support for one another.
