Taylor Swift Considering Legal Action Over...

Taylor Swift has an image that fans embrace, as she seems sweet, genuine, sincere and level-headed. Now one site has a picture posted that could ruin all of that, except it seems clear to anybody who looks at it that it is not of Swift. Despite this, the site as of this writing has not taken the photo down, and Taylor's reps are considering legal action.

Gossip Cop is digging into the situation, and hopefully the alleged Taylor Swift "topless" leaked pic will soon be taken down. A website called Celeb Jihad has the picture posted, as of Sunday morning anyway, showing a Swift lookalike posing topless. Gossip Cop has a censored copy of the image, and most would agree the young girl does bear a resemblance to the megastar performer. However, commenters all agree that the girl is clearly not actually Taylor, and many wonder just how old this seemingly young lady might be to have her pic splashed all over the Internet.

Gossip Cop shares that Taylor Swift's lawyers are demanding that the image be removed at Celebrity Jihad. They claim that it is representing "false news" and "false pornographic images" about Swift, but so far it remains online. The post is titled "Taylor Swift Private Pic Leaked?" and clearly the site is trying to insinuate the young lady is the megastar.

So far Swift's rep has not commented on the incident, and Gossip Cop has not been able to receive a comment from Celebrity Jihad. What do you think - does the site need to take the post down, or is Swift's camp overreacting? Certainly a big part of Taylor's success is her image, and the idea of leaked Taylor Swift nude photos would be extremely scandalous. Her fans don't believe for a second these types of photos would exist, and it seems understandable that she would want such allegations squashed.
