Saving Money

I read an article about government agencies that were trying to save money. The article talked about the employees having to bring their own toilet paper. It was on the national news. Oh my!

Luckily the agencies decided that wasn't a good idea. I'm worred. I believe in a natural disaster the first thing I would buy is gasoline. The second thing is toilet paper...I'm serious.

Amazing. That just proves that our government is clueless about how to save money. I still think they need an average woman who successfully balances the family budget to show them how it's done.

They were being penny wise and dollar stupid.
Where would they wi8pe after they were done?
On the toilet wall stalls.
I wounder how muchit would cost to clean every few hours.
PLUS, how much more soap would be used to wash hands.
At one high school where every student was limited to2 sheets each, brought their own and clogged them.

I was 21, dating an 18 year old when they pulled a "2 sheet rule."
One student used the principals jacket to wipe.
