Sometime ago a left wing loon told me that if I want to live in a county where the environmental standards were low I needed to move to Mexico. The funny thing about this is I have never made a statement about the environment. However this accusation led me to do a bit a research.
Many of the loons, on the left, worship the creation instead of the creator. They also believe that their leadership is above mistakes and criticism. Bill Clinton and Barack Obama are just two examples. Today’s far left are much like the Ancient Egyptians in Moses’ day.
The Ancient Egyptians had many gods, and most were tied to nature. Also the pharaoh himself was a god. He was believed to be beyond criticism and mistake. As we see here political loyalist have been around all through the ages. When pharaoh refused to let the children of Israel go, God struck them with plagues which targeted all their gods.
The complete story can be found in the book of Exodus. Chapters 7 through 11 records the story of the ten plagues. Below is a list of all those plagues.
1. Nile turned to blood, and the fish die.
2. Frogs come from the Nile and invade the land.
3. The dust becomes gnats.
4. Invaded with flies.
6. The Egyptian’s livestock is killed.
7. Hail mixed with fire destroys most of the Egyptian crops.
8. Locust consume the remaining crops.
9. Darkness for 3 days.
10. Death of the firstborn. The only houses that were spared by the death angel were the one’s with the lamb’s blood on the doorpost.
The creation which the Egyptians worshiped as a god became a curse. They discovered that pharaoh was just a man who was not above failure. Even his house was struck by the death angel.
This story should be good lesson for the environmental extremist, and the Obama supporters. I would encourage both groups to read the book of Exodus, and study chapters 7 through 11. However it is doubtful this will happen.

For the record, from the beginning, I have never voiced support nor disapproval of the U.S. choosing him as their president. I neither like him nor dislike him. He has neither disappointed nor impressed me.
