I woke up this morning to the news. Every few minutes is a warning to stay inside. There is at least 20 exotic animals loose in a county south of us. Schools have closed. The animals include, lions, bears, and wolves. They have found the owner dead, although, not releasing details.
They have been dealing with this since early evening yesterday. Those animals could be long gone. They have already shot over 30 animals and still that many loose. Can you imagine walking and encountering an animal like that. I sure hope no one gets hurt. I cannot imagine being a cop or rescue worker right now. I am sure they are not trained for this. The Columbus Zoo is trying to help.
You can read about it here.

Though it came at a great time for the issue of having such creatures and if creatures like this can not be owned how many are going to be killed for no one can care for them?? I wonder how this is going to effect the zoos across the nations breeding programs?
I am still wondering who did it, why they did it and if it was not actually the owner ??
