Mom found this recipe in a newspaper and adapted it a bit for our tastes. It was so yummy served with Triscuits.
It was also a great appetizer for Monday night football. Where the Lions won, of course.
2 1/2 cups shredded extra sharp white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup coarsely chopped green olives
1/3 cup mayo
1 T Dijon mustard
1 t minced fresh garlic
pinch black pepper
Blend everything together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate til needed.
