In a recent interview Nicki Minaj admits that getting constant rejection letters from record labels made her question if she should quit not just music, but life:
It was one dead end after another... I was like, 'What would happen if I just didn't wake up?' That's how I felt - like maybe I should just take my life.
She certainly is much more upbeat these days, having really come a long way with her successful and budding music career. Nicki Minaj wants to win awards... fill her shelf full of Oscars and Grammys. She even is interested in settling down in her personal life.
