Suppose that we were all the same

Suppose we all had the same color skin

The same color eyes

The same color hair

Suppose that we all had the same weight

The same height

The same build

Suppose that all the men

Had no beards

Had no mustaches

Suppose all the women

Had the same size top

Middle and bottom

Suppose we all believed the same way

That we all had the same talents

That we all liked the same thing

Suppose all that and think

Aren’t you glad we aren’t?

There was a Star Trek episode where all the men looked alike and all the women looked alike. I found it really creepy. There are only so many ways to look different. I can't imagine a world where you have to introduce yourself to people every time you see them. It would be difficult not to have some emotional problems from the insecurity.
