Report: Lindsay Lohan shoplifting again?

Lindsay Lohan's New York Fashion Week was full of drama -- she caused scenes at the shows, threw drinks at waitresses and punched random people, and that's just what we know about. According to a report, people can add a near-shoplifting experience to the mix.

According to Scallywag & Vagabond, Lindsay was "shopping" at an Alexander Wang store in New York, even though she had no cash or credit cards on her. A source tells the website that because "she's known to steal," security guards and cameras followed her around the store to make sure nothing went missing. When it came time to pay, she went outside to smoke and sent a friend to the register.

"Card got denied twice,.. Said they'd be back after lunch n calling the bank! She never came back!" the website reports.

So Lindsay Lohan was obviously expecting Alexander Wang to just give her the items -- which totaled $5,000 -- for free, because in her delusional crackhead mind she's still a big star and doesn't have to pay for anything. At least she had the sense to make someone else do her dirty work and not cause a scene. And at least Alexander Wang had the sense to watch her like a hawk -- "not what usually sercurity [sic] is called to do for 'celeb,'" as Scallywag & Vagabond points out.

But there is some good news for the "Mean Girls" star -- Fox News is reporting that she was paid $500,000 for her new Philipp Plein modeling gig (but that's probably Dina Lohan grossly inflating the actual amount to make people think Lindsay is worth that kind of money). So if she really wanted the Alexander Wang items that badly, she has the cash now to go back and get them. But you know that's not going to happen!
