Hall of Famer Deion Sanders filed for divorce from his wife of 11 years. What caused the split? Pilar Sanders reality TV career. Wow! Obviously having your life in front of a camera all the time can be tough.
In explaining his decision to get a divorce Deion Sanders said, "Enough is enough. I never signed up for all this. Enough is enough. If I wanted a model or a television star I would have married one a long time ago. All I wanted was a housewife." Oh man, that makes him sound like he's not at all supportive of his wife, which makes is surprising that she didn't file for the divorce first.
Of course, Deion Sanders had his own reality TV show first, so this makes no sense. Pilar Sanders said, "It's unfortunate that my husband decided to take this course of action...I'm surprised and hurt... As I said to my children, we must take a minute breath and Trust God."
Hopefully the two will work it out. Eleven years is a long marriage to just throw away without trying to come to some type of agreement. What do you think? Could you see yourself getting a divorce because your spouse was involved in reality TV?
