Yonkers Corn & Cheese

Yield: 4 servings
4 c Fresh or frozen corn niblets
4 tb Butter
1/2 c hard cheese grated
2 tB Fresh parsley chopped
Melt your butter for 3-4 mins until it i brown color & noticeably nutty aroma.
Add corn then stir & adjust heat to med-low.
Cover then cook for 5 mins, while stirring often.
Stir in your cheese, parsley & your salt to taste.
