Bajadera - Croatian Delight

1 c Water
2 1/4 c Ssugar
1/2 c Unsalted butter
1 lb Tea biscuits crushed
2 tb Cocoa powder
6 oz Dark chocolate melted
Place your water, sugar & butter in a saucepan then bring to a boil.
Cook while you stir until sugar & butter dissolve.
Pour into a mixing bowl then cool to room temp.
Stir in your crushed tea bisuitss into this sugar mixture until evenly moistened.
Spread 1/2 of mixture into an 8"x8" baking dish.
Stir your cocoa powder into remaining tea biscuit mixture until smooth.
Spread into your baking dish over lighter-colored layer.
Spread melted chocolate evenly over this bajadera.
Refrigerate overnight then cut into 16 pieces to serve.
