We had Indian food for lunch and it was yummy. It really didn't seem like that much food but my stomach is killing me right now. I feel like I am 8 months pregnant. I feel so bloated.
I don't even think I will be able to eat dinner tonight. I know I don't feel like fixing it. I want to work out but I am afraid if I do I might vomit.
I just thought I would share my pain with you all. LOL
I am drinking diet Ginger Ale hoping it will help but so far it's not helping.
