Consumers are being billed for dings, dangs, scratches, dints, in rental vehicles.
Car rental employees are telling the consumers 'just sign here' don't
Photograph the vehicle inside / outside.
Consumers are getting "surprise" billing on their credit cards for dents, dings, scratches, on their rental vehicles. Many of the damages were already there for quite some time.
