Susan Cox Powell Diary Update: Allegations of...

Susan Cox Powell is the Utah mother who has been missing since winter of 2009. In the past few years of her disappearance her husband, Josh Powell, has not cooperated with investigators. In fact, he and his father have been trying to publish diaries allegedly written by the missing Utah mom, in attempts to defile her character to show that she could have left on her own.

Fortunately, judges have ruled against Josh Powell and his father and they will not be allowed to publish Susan's diary. The husband of the missing woman is not allowed to publish, distribute, print or give-out any copies of the woman's diary. This is great! They're important to the investigation, so the police should have them; not the uncooperative husband of the missing Susan Cox Powell. The ruling was also delivered a day after investigators searched the home belonging to Josh Powell. He and his father were also detained during this time.

It's bittersweet that these diaries can't be sold or published, because it would be interesting to read what's within the entries. However, these are the missing woman's personal thoughts, if she truly wrote them. They're not for the world to see, and showing them is in bad taste on Josh's behalf.

You want to know what's in even worse taste? The fact that the father of Josh Powell, Steve Powell, is repeatedly accusing Susan Powell of being promiscuous, and even bisexual. First of all, it shouldn't matter whether or not she was any of those things; but his allegations are sickening and far-out. In fact, if one were to believe this obviously dirty old man, they would think that Susan was shagging every member of the Powell family. All but Josh's mother has been accused of having sex with the missing Utah woman.

Steve Powell is doing nothing to help the family by making these sickening and scandalous claims. In fact, he's only painting a pretty twisted picture of his own family. It seems that this man, in his own way, is trying to protect his family. He needs to stop. He's not helping.

It's good that the father of the missing woman, Josh Powell and his father are ordered to stay apart. Naturally, Chuck Cox and family have got to be fighting mad at these new allegations. It seems that Josh and Steve Powell are trying to instigate problems and hurt the family of Susan Cox Powell.
