Hurricane Irene Approaches

As it stands its 7:20pm and just awaiting the storm the wrath of hurricane irene. I want to send my prayers to anyone who is gonna be in this storm or affected by this storm as I will be as well. So far we have only had up to 12mph winds so far and rain I uploaded some pics this evening before it got dark and I'm gonna try to get a video of how it hit earlier some today. I'm happy so far it is a category 1 hopefully this doesn't change we are just hoping for no flooding or too much damage in winds. I will try to keep others updated...

I was seeing on the News where at least 65 million people can be affected by this storm in one way or another.

yes very true I just hope that everyone takes as much cover into this as they can.... its in gods hands cause mother nature can be a biatch

Mother nature will have her way!! It seems that she is unhappy with Washington these days like most of the Country!! LOL Sorry had to throw that in!!

This sounds like it's going to be a very, very wicked hurricane..........they're now saying that early morning will be the "brunt" of it all......I guess some of the t.v. news stations have been losing antennas, power, etc.........sounds like it's going to be exceptionally brutal.

I just checked and Hurricane Irene is coming to S.C. with 100mph winds . 5-7 foot waves and ten inches of rain. 100mph winds uproot trees. Stay safe.
