I am home!

Well my train ended up being an hour and fifteen minutes late. Then we went to get some groceries. Then had to pick up James from school for a physical finally made it home about 4. Had some pizza with my guys and tucked James in bed for school tomorrow.

James was so excited to see mommy home from Chicago. He came running out yelling "mommy" and gave me the biggest hug, I about cried.

Anyways wanted to let you all know I am home and resting tonight.  Will try to get pictures and videos posted ASAP!

Glad to hear you made it home safely, Renee! Oh cool, you took the Amtrak train? I absolutely LOVE the train and would love to take a trip by it......so much fun, but yes, they do have a reputation for running late. Still, it's a fun experience! Awwwww, it sounds like James missed you a whole, whole lot!!!!!!!!

Yes I did take the Amtrak. I didn't mind it too bad other then it did get to my back. The normal trip was 3 and half hours, not including coming home being late.

Is a lot cheaper though, and thanks to a two friends helping out made it possible for me to go.

I bet the best part of the trip was coming home to James. I've always wanted to ride a train but have never had the chance.

Thank You , that is the best part. I enjoyed the train for the most part other then being late. The longer trip got to my back. Very inexpensive though especially with my discount for being disabeled. You should check into if you go on another trip
