I know it is kind of late notice, but I got this started on Facebook and got a terrific response. For those of you up for it, there will be a Love-In at the Merry-Go-Round in Griffith Park, at noon till they throw us out at dusk!

Bring bongos, flutes, guitars, anything acoustic and a blanket and munchies  and a good atitude; and re-capture that feeling of hope and freedom we all had in the Sixties.

It started here in 1966 and we have many who were at the first ones playing at this one. Not a music festival, it is a gathering of the tribes. So If you are in SoCal or can get here. Join us, we are already legend, lets get back to the Garden!

So, did you go and do the 60's thing? That wasn't my time. I was in medical training in the 60's but the braless gals and peace beetlebuses were to be seen about Grant Park in Chicago.

Yes, it was great, not as bg as I had thought it would be, but it was short notice, had a blast, saw someone I hadn't seen since 1988! We were there all day till about 9 at night, we got high, as the song ItchyCoo Park says!
