First of all, the benefits are there but if you want to repair your credit you do have to invest some time and money. What is easy about this is that it WILL work in YOUR favor! I signed up for the RushCard and I get about 25% of my paycheck direct deposited on the card instead of to my bank account. I was paying my monthly bills through my bank account but I wasn't reaping the benefits of paying on time.
Now, I pay my billls with the RushCard and they report three of my bills as timely payments.

When you sign for credit they become fully aware of everything about you, while not letting you know much of anything worthwhile about them. And they have the laws written in their favor to where they are exempt from prosecution for what they do to you when they get you signed up, although they should be locked behind bars permanently for what they do. Due to the power the computer age has given them they can watch your bank account, although it is illegal. But how are you going to prove it? The banks are all too willing to share that information with them, in secret, of course. The know what time you cut your first morning fart, and just what it smelled like. I think that's one of the reasons they want to get you signed up, because they like to smell farts. And they want you to smell theirs, all day, every day.
