There are no "weeds", Jax, only wildflowers.
Back in the '90s in the town we lived in at the time they installed a piece of public art in a median strip and landscaped it with what they called "native plants." They looked like the same sort of native plants I routinely pulled up in my flower beds. Ever since my wife and I have called weeds native plants.

The art installation caused a huge public outcry. It was pretty ugly although not nearly as ugly as the main street, which showed how a lack of urban planning can bring in every fast food chain known to man within the space of four blocks. The county ended up removing it. As far as I know it's sitting in a warehouse.
