Mila Kunis likes to keep her weight loss tips short and sweet...and a little dumbed-down. Kunis, in a recent interview, was the queen of the obvious when she gave fans this gem:
Kunis says that if losing weight is one's goal then the only thing one needs to do is to "want to" lose weight. This is how Mila Kunis says she dropped 20 lbs before filming Black Swan. Now that is somewhere between Earth-shattering and too easy.
I believed I could do anything. I never for one moment thought that I couldn't do it. I believe in hard work. In self-drive and self-worth.
So really, it is more than Mila Kunis' over-simplification of "wanting to." It also helps that she can afford to work with a trainer 3-5 times a week. Moreover, she has millions (read $) of little reasons to keep up her figure. Oh, and the low-carb diet, but who is counting. All anyone has to do is to "want to" lose the weight.
Clearly, what Mila Kunis "wants" to do has less to do with losing weight, but the by-product of any weight loss or maintenance. She does not want to be passed-up by the next pretty, thin, new thing. Now that seems to be quite the incentive!

NO!
I think what she said is a part of losing weight. Think about it. If you say,"I'll never lose weight." then what is going to make you eat healthily and exercise instead of eating junk food and sitting on your butt? If you don't believe you can do it, then you're not going to bother trying. You have to be motivated, determined and believe in yourself.
Losing weight = eating healthy + exercise + believing in yourself
