"I can rape the environment all I want in the chasing of a $, but don't you dare put a windfarm offshore from my golf course or by God I will sue......"
I think it amusing that men chase the illusion of "nature" in carefully manicured golf courses butchered out of actual natural areas, yet reject any real efforts to preserve actual nature by replacing fossil fuel burning with something else.
Actually the entire topic of Donald Trump is intensely amusing, albeit not in a funny way. A short while back, Mr. Comb-over was splashed on the cover of magazines, his every word eagerly awaited by legions of journalists, as he repeatedly doubted B. Obama's citizenship, flirted with running for president (not really, that was actually just a publicity stunt) then finished up by publicly implying that Obama was too stupid to get a chance to go to college- yeah he really did, that's odd coming from the son of a millionaire who never had to worry about earning a shot at college himself. I can get a free pass, but I am never going to accept the notion that a brown skinned liberal actually earned a shot at college.
If you perceive that I have no respect for Mr. Comb-over, you perceive correctly. But I would like at this time to publicly disrespect the large number of Americans who accepted his absurd camera chasing efforts of the recent past as actual deeply thought out criticism of what is REALLY wrong with America. These efforts were not deeply wise and principled, they were knee jerk bigotry informed by a deep desire to be a celebrity and make another hundred million. To sacrifice some income and dedicate his life to public service, don't wait for that from Trump because you won't live to see it.
Next time you see this kind of posturing from a real estate developer, an influence-peddling clown unqualified for the presidency by virtue of temperament as much as ignorance, wisen up a bit and consider why certain words issue from the mouths of certain people. Â They won't make better politicians until we decide to be better voters.
