Help! Home Decorating Ideas?

I am TIRED of my home decor. I have toile in most of my rooms. My kitchen is cream and burgundy toile, and it carries through the house. I am ready for change but I have spent so much doing the house, I don't know where to start.

Any ideas for change? Not political change, just decor change.

Paint is relatively inexpensive and changes the whole look of a room. Start by changing the paint. The Home Depot website has a feature that lets you apply different colors of paint in a room and see what they will look like together. Try it. It's fun!

One easy way to change your decor with minimal money is to sew up or pick up some new curtains/window treatments. They're relatively cheap, and you can really change the look and feel of a room just by changing the color of a window treatment. Then you don't have to worry about changing the paint in a room, and possibly having to do many hours of work. Good luck!

I just redone mine in alot of blue and my kitchen is done in stainless steel and black.
