I Found Ebates last month.
Â
Where have I been all this time?
Â
Why am I wasting my time with dead-end surveys and points that pay pennies-if they pay at all?
If you're an Internet shopper whether from necessity like me or because it's just fun and saves tons of time, you must use Ebates.
It's easy, it pays real cash, either thru PayPal, or a check (totally up to you).
I'm using it for the double-whammy deals.
Â
WHAT ARE DOUBLE WHAMMY DEALS, YOU ASK?
Â
 Here's the scoop:
Use Ebates with the big rebates, then charge your purchases with the credit cards that pay 'cash-back rewards'.Â
I use either Discover or Capital One Visa.Â
Last week, for example I shopped at Drugstore.com it was about $52.00 and I got free shipping, of course, an 8% rebate credit through Ebates and because I used my Capital One Visa I'll get 1% credit on my credit card.
So that was $4.68 earned on that purchase, plus the Drugstore.com credits (see next paragraph)Â and my favorite 2 words online: "FREE SHIPPING". Not too bad on a $52.00 purchase eh?
Drugstore.com gives me various credits that I can use in two months on another purchase. I forget about those until I need more items and there they are...I think it's a 5% credit that shows every time I sign in...I love those surprise perks.
Â
Here's how you do this, sign up under me, of course, and when you go online shopping you just go into the Ebates web site and find your online merchant. Then just go shopping.
Ebates will record your purchase and credit the rebate percentage for that particular merchant. It accumulates for about 90 days and then they pay you. There's no minimum payout that you have to wait months for, you get exactly what you earned after the 90 days.
It's simple and you can check on the balance anytime you want. The web site is easy to navigate...and contacting them via e-mail gets you an answer within 24 hours.
I opted for the PayPal redemption and I'm due my second payout on August 15th.Â
It's amazing how many merchants are in the Ebates program. My pet's cat food at Only Natural Pet Food, Walmart, Target, JC Penny, Puritan's Pride, Kohl's, Overstock, Home Depot, Sears.....so many. They have varying percentages of rebates but sometimes they double them, raise them, and have varying other perks...different deals every day.Â
It boggles my mind how much I can get in rebates from using Ebates.
They also are paying rebates for bringing new members into the program.
Here's my signup link. It will bring you into the web site so you can get started.
Â
Â
P.S. I highly recommend that you get one of those credit cards that pays cash back rewards simply to make more money.  Â
Â
ANY questions-just ask...I'll be happy to help. I'm enjoying exploring all the stores and extra perks they have...AND right now they are giving new members a $10 gift card with different stores to choose from.
Between my normal shopping for pet food and the usual sundries I'll make a good $50 a month. Then there's the office supplies I buy at Staples, and gift shopping for the holidays...holy moly!!

They seem so professional and keep making the rebates high.
