Nothing says the sweet smell of success like the perfume of a 17-year-old Justin Bieber. If that sounds a little funny, that is the sound of Bieber laughing all the way to the bank.
Justin's new perfume scent 'Someday' (yes, perfume not cologne or aftershave...as if he can shave yet) has reportedly had the most successful celebrity fragrance launch of all time.
Girls are clamoring to spritz a little 'Bieber Fever' all over themselves. Having sold more than $3 million worth of the stuff, Justin Bieber has surpassed fragrance sales of the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, and Britney Spears.
Now, it probably helps Justin Bieber that he is giving the proceeds from his perfume to charity. It may also help that he has nearly a zillion tween and teen girls vying for attention, though he is dating Selena Gomez. Perhaps they are purchasing the fragrance in hopes that since he likes the scent, he will like the girl wearing the scent.
The question is will eau de Bieber be the best-selling perfume of 2011?
