Season 5 of LA Ink premieres July 28 and special moments between Kat Von D and Jesse James will be seen on the reality show. The famous couple is in the midst of a long-distance relationship during their engagement and are ready to be in the spotlight again shortly when the show begins.
Kat Von D tells People in a video that she's endured rumors of being pregnant and moving to Austin, Texas where Jesse lives. She explains that they're "making [the relationship] work" and that she "[doesn't] care what anyone thinks." Viewers will see their romance unfold on the 2011 season of LA Ink.
Kat Von D and Jesse James made headlines when they began dating after the scandal Jesse had with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee and news broke he cheated on Sandra Bullock. It was a rough patch in the beginning, with ex-boyfriends being photographed with Kat when she was out on the town. She and Jesse James have managed to make their romance work well in spite of the negative publicity.
LA Ink begins Thursday, July 28 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.
