Threats, DSS, & My Life

This week has been hell with my computer messing up, then yesterday Joe went to the social security doctor about his leg and the transpertation which is our county ran van almost forgot to pick him up before they closed so he had to stand longer than he needed to while on crutches that was after they made him walk from the doctors office across a good size parking lot to a hospital for X-rays on crutches crazy huh. Then the mess I'm goin through with my brother is gettin to me bad. I have been talkin to my neice and nephew the last couple weeks and they have been sayin how bad it has got living with my brother and i wish there was something I could do but I can't Ok let me fill you in.

Amber called me a couple weeks ago cryin tellin me that Pat my brother threw her kittens outside without their mother while she was in school on her last day. The kittens were not weened yet and needed there momma so I told her to let the momma out to go find her babies cause they would never survive without her. Luckily she got them all back and nothin happened to them. Then Lori my neice and nephews momma called me Monday and told me that Pat had called her screaming at her telling her she didn't want the F'n kids and wish they had never been born all where they could hear him on top of that said come the 13th of July which is their next custody hearing that he was signing over all his rights to Lori she could have these Bas***d kids back. Me and Lori talked ot the kids the next day and they said that Pat just got a weed up his butt and walked into Ambers room and said he smelled cat pee and he snatched her up was gonna hit her when Joseph stepped in and stood up for her and said she was jsut a kid. Then Pat went and got his shotgun and told Joseph to find his bullets and Joseph said he had no idea where they were cause Pat was gonna shoot the kittens. He got mad and went outside to get a axe came back in side sayin he was gonna kill the kittens but they had all fleed outside so that pissed him off even more. Mind you he was drinkin while he did all this then he picked up a plate of lasagna and threw it plate and all at Amber where she ducked and it ended up goin in her room instead.

Now if that wasn't bad enough Weds. Amber called me upset he took everything in her room and threw it outside and dared her to bring it back in so she had to end up putting her stuff in the garage so now her room is empty more the less and she can't bring her stuff back in. He yells and cusses at them all the time he is always drunk and he hates all man kind these days people in general disgust him. Then yesterday Amber calls me and is talking ot me and he snatches the phone from her calls me a whore a b**ch and calls my momma a whore said he wish I had never been born and to stop talkin to his kids of course I wasn't much better I told him I wasn't the one tellin my kids he wish they had never been born and that I only told them to clal the police if they got real scared and he said it was none of my business for telling them that when he is tryin to disciplin his kids maybe I'm wrong but all I mentioned doesn't sound like discipline to me sounds like forms of abuse. Anyways after her hung up with me he busted her cell phone which her momma pays for he said he never wanted her to talk to me again and told the kids the next time he saw me I was mudd. I think I'm more afraid for the kids than myself cause he shows up here I will call the police.

I told Joseph I think it would be best for them to not call me because all the mess thats happening I don't want them hurt due to me. I know people have told me to call DSS (Dept. of Social Services) on them but here's the problem the county he moved to jsut don't care and I mean it, its the most crooked county in our state. Cumberland county can be paid off thats how sad it is. When I called DSS on my dad because he beat my brothers and sisters when we were younger to the point of drawing blood they never even checked it out, and then he paid off the judge after the he went to court for it because the cops finally made a visit. Lori can't do nothin cause he has a protection order for the kids sayin he thinks she will hurt them which is crap when she raised them. I'm at wits end I don't know what to do anymore. Pat needs medical attention bad I really do believe he would hurt someone and now he's threatened the kids, me and Lori. Any ideas?
