Have you ever had an anxiety attack? I'm having one this morning. It's been building for a few days now. This morning, it about blew me away. I am trying to get a hold on it. How else? Googling and Gathering it of course, lol.
Anxiety attacks are not Panic attacks. I did not know this. They are two different things. Anxiety attack symptoms are ~
Pounding heart, shortness of breath, sweating, muscle tension, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, muscle tremors, overwhelming sadness, feeling of dread, etc. .. you get the drift.
I know it will pass, they always do. You see, this is not my first one, lord no. These days, I don't give in to them. I just try and ride it out. A friend told me this morning that, it's the solar eclipse plus the new moon which indicates major change in whatever area it takes place in your particular birth chart. LoL, oh yea, let's blame it on the moon. Hey, isn't that a song?
Here are some quotes I found to go along with this horrible, heart pounding feeling of doom and gloom~
" I try not to worry about the future~ I just take each day, one anxiety attack at a time. "~ Tom Wilson
"Worry is a thin stream of fear, trickling through the mind~ If encouraged, it cuts a channel, where all thoughts are drained"~ Arthur Roche
"Anxiety is the space between the "Now" and the "Then"~ Richard Abell
This one hit mine right on the nail~
"It can hit you at anytime. You feel like you're in an open field and there's a tornado coming at you. And you're consumed by it" ~Kim Basinger
And then, there's our old family favorite saying, "This too shall pass, like the Gas out my ***." :) (that one was for Mel)
and on that note~
Everyone have a Great Fourth of July Weekend!

Besides our family quote, lol~ I like this one...
"Worry is a thin stream of fear, trickling through the mind~ If encouraged, it cuts a channel, where all thoughts are drained"~ Arthur Roche
Hope you are fine now!
Love the quotes....they're great! Which reminds me, guess I should do my thoughts for the day.......LOL!
I'm just so sorry to hear all that you're going through......it must be painful and scary at the same time. Is there something that maybe you could take for those attacks? How long do they last? I hate even mentioning prescription meds, but, at times, I guess they are necessary.
