QUICK AND EASY SHRIMP PIZZA RECIPE

SHRIMP PIZZA RECIPE

Purchase a box of pop corn shrimp. This is a bater dipped fully cooked shrimp. Prepare according to instructions. set aside. Now either make a home mad pizza as you normally would, or purchase one. I usually buy a four cheese self rise pizza for this recipe.

Once your pizza is about half way done, remove from oven and add the pop corn shrimp to the top of the pizza. return to oven. Finish cooking until edges of pizza begin to turn light brown.

We have also added pop corn shrimp along with other toppings, like onions and green pepper. Be creative. Add a little feta cheese to your regular cheese to spice it up.

most recipes I have ever seen for this call for using raw shrimp. I experimented a bit and found popcorn shrimp has a much richer taste, I think in part due to the batter they use on the popcorn shrimp.
