Pippa Middleton and Alex Loudon Will "Stay Friends"

In light of Pippa Middleton and Alex Loudon's recent break-up, one might be quick to assume that there may be bad blood between the two. Add to that the growing speculation that Duchess Catherine's baby sister is already getting hot and heavy with guy pal George Percy, and you've easily got the makings for a pretty messy split. But despite all of that, reports regarding the split have stated that the pair will "stay good friends".

So what was behind the couple's decision to part ways? According to a report by a British tabloid source, "Pippa has become very high profile and it's put a strain on things. They're moving in different circles."

Ouch.

Pippa Middleton seems to garner nothing but good press - from her fantastic fanny to her athleticism to her close relationship with sister Kate Middleton - but nothing about this break-up makes her look like the lady she's been painted as in the press. In fact, it makes her look like a girl whose recent celebrity has gone to her head, despite having a doting boyfriend with whom it was rumored previously she was likely to marry!
