A woman who has dubbed herself 'Human Barbie' has defended her decision to buy her 7-year-old daughter a breast enlargement.
Sarah Burge, aged 50, has spent over $820,000 on surgery to make herself look like Barbie. When her daughter, Poppy, turned 7, she decided no expense was too much to make her little girl's day special - Poppy enjoyed a party worth $19,000, on a pink bus.

The Metro revealed that guests enjoyed manicures on the back of the bus while Poppy opened her presents, including a $6,500 spa holiday, and a $700 jewellery set. Then she revealed the big surprise - a voucher worth almost $10,000 to pay for a breast enlargement when Poppy reaches 16.
The Metro reported Poppy as being thrilled with her gifts, saying; "I wanted a new computer, a holiday and a voucher for surgery. When I got it all, it was a dream come true. I can't wait to have big boobs like Mummy."
Mum Sarah is no stranger to controversy: she hit the headlines for the wrong reasons again last year when she took her 6-year-old daughter to pole dancing lessons.
Defending her decision, Sarah said; "Poppy isn't interested in bouncy castles or pass the parcel, so I splashed out on something a little more grown up."
"If she develops naturally big breasts; she can use the voucher for something else."
Sarah is due to appear in British gossip magazine Closer to talk about her decision, and is reported to write erotic novels and hold regular swinging parties.

What does the girl think or is she brainwashed?
And any "doctor" who's ready to do that to a child too!
All that money spent on her boobs and other plastic surgery could have gone quite a ways to help others who would really have needed food, education and other more worthy stuff.
I hope she rethinks her dumb plan if it's not already a done deal.
