Justin Bieber-Selena Gomez Romance Serious — JB Meets Her Family in Texas

The Justin Bieber-Selena Gomez romance isn't just getting hotter and hotter; it's apparently becoming more and more serious. After their steamy PDA-filled Hawaiian idyll, the Never Say Never guy and his Monte Carlo star girlfriend took off on a mini-tour of the Lone Star state where they visited Six Flags and ended up in Grand Prairie, Texas, which just happens to be Selena's home town. Is this a "huge milestone" for the couple?

Milestone or not, Selena and the Biebs are definitely having fun in her home state. The glamorous duo was spotted going fishing just like regular folks. And Justin even Tweeted a photo of himself holding a rather small catch.

"I caught some small ones :)," he Tweeted, adding, "@KennyHamilton is gonna cook em lol."

On Memorial Day, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were also photographed at Arlington's Parks Mall where they went shopping at Lids Locker Room and dined at Pappasito's Restaurant. Over the weekend, they were photographed riding the incredibly scary Titan roller coaster at Six Flags.

Obviously, the barrage of obscene online hate messages and death threats hurled at both Justin and Selena by their crazy fans hasn't cooled their ardor or diminished their love for each other. If Justin Bieber indeed went to Selena Gomez's home town to spend time with her family, then their relationship is, indeed, a serious one. Therefore, the inevitable question is: Is an engagement announcement far behind?

Only time will tell. But sadly, another question is: what would a Jelena engagement do to their respective fan bases? Would all the Selena haters and Justin bashers alike finally shut up and accept their relationship? Or would the negative beat go on?
