Sean Kingston Not Dead: He's 'Sedated But Fully Conscious'

Sean Kingston did not die after a Jet Ski accident over the weekend, however he is listed in stable condition and sedated. While his injuries were critical, the doctors have managed to stabilize him, which is excellent news.

"UPDATE: Sean Kingston Is 'Sedated But Fully Conscious'. He remains hospitalized in critical condition and hooked up to a ventilator," MTV News Canada reported just moments ago.

This is great news, as so many people thought that Kingston was killed in the accident. No one knows exactly what his injuries are, but many are assuming that there were broken bones at least, as his Jet Ski reportedly crashed in to a bridge. He has not been able to send out a tweet, and other information has been relatively sparse at best. It does sound like he is getting better day by day, but his fans won't be content until they hear something from him.

Hopefully he will be feeling well enough to release a statement or post a message on Twitter soon. He is still in need of positive thoughts and prayers, so send them his way.
