Don't feel too bad for Cole. According to sources, it's her own fault that she lost her job on the show. After learning that she had been replaced on the American X Factor, she refused to take any calls or meetings with the show's producers. "Cheryl will not be returning to the British X Factor," a source told The Daily Mail, and added, "She hasn't returned phone calls. And you can't exactly negotiate with someone who won't even speak to you."
Cole's departure from the show will leave the UK version's judges with Kelly Rowland, Tulisa Contostavlos, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh. The US version of X Factor will be judged by Nicole Scherzinger, L.A. Reid, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell.
X Factor has been a popular show in the UK since its debut in 2004. Will the show fare as well in the States? With the huge, multi-million dollar prize, it should bring out some amazing talent. Will the show be better than American Idol? Viewers will soon see! The show US version is set to debut in September 2011 on Fox.
