Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mine was full and fun. I started it out by going to the Pro Bull Riders Friday night then out for a couple of drinks. Saturday was a motorcycle ride, a BBQ at a friends house then off to see Jeremy Vasquez in Crystola, Colorado. Sunday brought in a fun day of going for a ride out to Wetmore, Silvercliffe, Westcliffe, down to Texas Creek for lunch, then back home. Last night my son and I went down to Colorado City to visit friends. i will go into detail in other posts. I haven't had that full of a weekend in years.
Thank goodness today is a slack day cause I have a lot of catching up to do. I have to get the oil changed in my car also. My dogs has let me know in their little way that we need to go for a walk too.
Well that is it for now. I hope to get pictures posted later with details on the weekend.
Have a great day. What is happening in your world today?

Now, since we've been discussing dream lately, the one I had this morning was pretty surreal. It was 1863 or there abouts (mostly) and I was assigned to lead a rifle squad to protect the Lincoln homestead during a brief visit home by Mr. & Mrs. Abe. Counting me, I had 13 men when when 3-score rebels came running from the south. When the dust cleared from the first volley both sides had lost 1/2 of their men. As their remaining force got near the cabin, old Abe thought he would join in the fracas and he came peeling out of the back shed in a 1950-ish Ford Pick-Up. With me and two of my men loaded into the bed of the truck and my other four men becoming calvary in the blink of an eye, we chased them rebels clear down to the Everglades where I allowed my men to take a month's furlough at Disney World. As foe Abe and I we captured us an eight foot gator, threw him in the back and took the critter back to the Lincoln homestead to protect the Mrs. and then we returned to DC where I was rewarded the head of the secret service position. That's where the dream stopped but I woke thinking ahead as to how I needed to protect the president better at the Ford Theatre.
Robert, it is all in how a person handles their worries and such. I do have a pretty carefree life because I work with these things and not against them. Otherwards I don't let them control me.
For some reason, I do not think that they would want it back??
Thanks for the prayers.
I got my wish! Yeah!
