In the sixth episode of Mob Wives, "Dumb or Stupid?" tensions boil over between Renee and Carla, with the two friends coming to blows over Renee's dislike of Carla's boyfriend.
Episode 6 opens with Drita and Carla discussing Karen confronting Drita, while Karen and Renee meet up so Karen can fill Renee in on what happened as well. Renee and Karen also meet and share with each other both sides of the stor
y. Carla gets irritated when Renee once again brings up her dislike of Carla's boyfriend.
Renee decides to start her own business: Jail Mail, Inc. She meets with two web designers to get her website up and running. The idea behind the business is that people can use Renee's services to send their incarcerated loved ones holiday cards.
Carla tells her boyfriend that Renee has been saying nasty things about him, so the boyfriend decides to text message Renee. Renee's son AJ sees the text, which highly upsets Renee. Renee then calls Carla's boyfriend and asks him what he thinks he's doing, and the boyfriend unloads on Renee, which AJ overhears because Renee has the boyfriend on speakerphone.
In this episode of Mob Wives, Renee invites the other women to her house for dinner so they can try to hash out their issues; however, Renee lies to Drita by telling her that it'll only be Drita, Carla and Renee at the dinner. Renee knows if she tells Drita that Karen is coming, Drita won't show up. Drita doesn't find out Karen's coming until she sees four dinner plates on the table.
While waiting for Karen, Carla calls Renee a liar and the fight is on. Apparently, when Carla's boyfriend drinks, he likes to grope Carla's girlfriends. Drita admits the boyfriend has smacked her on the backside before. Karen is at the dinner by now and when she was at Carla's birthday party, Carla's boyfriend was groping her as well; and he doesn't even really know Karen. Carla says her boyfriend's a "joker" and when he drinks, he likes to "joke around" by groping her friends. Carla says she has no problem with this.
That Carla doesn't care that her boyfriend gropes other women sets Renee off, but it's when Carla calls her a b**** that things get ugly. Renee gets in Carla's face and while the women are arguing, Carla grabs Renee's mouth... big mistake. Renee grabs Carla's hair and throws her to the floor. Karen and Drita break up the fight, but it's still total chaos with the women screaming at each other, and a lot of pushing and shoving. Carla and Renee get into another fight and then for some reason, Karen goes after Drita. Drita screams that she was just trying to pull the two women apart. Judging by the preview for next week's episode, this fight is in no way over.
