The saga of the romance of Brad Womack and Emily Maynard from The Bachelor continues on. There is a new report out today that Emily was never really in love with Brad at all during the season. Why did she accept the proposal then? Why did she even go on the series at all? Friends of hers say it was to advance her career.
Hollywood Life is the source of these latest claims. A friend of Emily's says the woman was never in love with Brad Womack at all. Emily told her that "I pray every day that I could fall in love with Brad." That never happened though, and behind the scenes, Emily was a very busy lady.
She was looking to further her career the entire time she was on the series. She was asking about agents and endorsement deals when she could find the time to grab Ali Fedotowsky for a moment. She was also looking for more modeling work.
If these reports are true, then Brad Womack had a bit of bad luck when it came to Emily Maynard. He went on the series for the second time making an honest attempt at finding love for himself. However, it looks like his honest attempt was made foul by a dishonest woman.
During her time on The Bachelor, everyone remarked about how sweet she was, but there is more to Emily Maynard. That is if these rumors are true. With this couple, there has been a lot of back and forth and a lot of sources coming out to give the real story. The only two that know the true story are Brad and Emily. What do you think?
