A body of a woman was discovered in Southeast Bexar County in the San Antonio River. It is unknown as to where the body originated, but investigators say she was washed down the river for some distance.
Bexar County Homicide Detective Jose Trevino said the woman was partially clothed and could have made it into the Texas river due to heavy storms in the southern region. There are no apparent signs of trauma, but an autopsy has been ordered, and her body must be examined more closely. It is possible the body can be any of the missing women reported around Texas, but judging by the tone of Jose Trevino, it appears that this body came from another region through the many watery passages into the San Antonio River.
Could this be a missing person from another state? Women throughout the south such as Holly Bobo, Amber Dubois, and several others have yet to be found, and with the recent storms flooding many parts of the southern United States, anything is possible.
