Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides -...

We scored free tickets on Saturday for a sneak peek at the new Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides movie starring Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz and Geoffrey Rush! Between the pirate costume contests and product giveaways, pirates on stilts entertained the pre-show crowd. Armbanded audience members cheered the latest Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow adventure at the El Capitan in Hollywood. Thanks Disney! Savvy???

The movie opens Friday, May 20th, but if you're in a pirate way and just can't wait, there's a movie marathon (that's right - ALL four Pirates of the Caribbean flicks) playing this Thursday, May 19th, at the El Capitan in Hollywood. I could tell you all about it, but if you're truly a fan, you'd hate me for it! You won't be disappointed and I'm guessing, this won't be the final chapter either. After all, they're searching for the Fountain of Youth. ;)

Guess we'll be waiting till it opens in theatres.....LOL! Wow, this has got to be the fourth "Pirates" movie now, isn't it? Wonder how many more???? I tend to think movie companis get carried away with the "sequel thing!"

I know what you mean! My daughter is a huge fan of this series and even though she just got to see this one, #4 (remember it's all based on a RIDE???!!!) she is living in anticipation of the NEXT one! lol

I can't wait to see it. the great thing about this series of movies is that each one has a pretty strong storyline.

wowowowwo i am taking a courswe about this exact type of movie - must see, must see, must see. maybe on the vineyard in the summer; i take my kids every summer, and we always have a few hours free when it rains and we go into one of the theatres...........we saw the original pirates at the vineyard....

I can't remember the last time I saw a movie on opening weekend! I love movies, but am not wild about crowds. I hope you enjoy the movie whenever you get to see it. :)
