Okay... Â Sadly... Â We have another individual "down for the count" at such a young age. Â This has been like the 12th person who was found dead in their home and/or died after a head injury in the past couple of years.
According the associate press:
"New York Rangers forward Derek Boogaard has passed away at the age of 28.
Boogaard was found dead inside his apartment in Minneapolis by family members. No cause of death is known at the moment, but an autopsy will be performed."
You would think that a closer watch would be over these folks after they suffer a blow to the head of some sorts.  These individuals could very well be hemorrhaging internally and no one would know about it.
Here is another individual cut down in the prime of his life and career. Â My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
