Jennifer Aniston has just bought a stunning $8 million penthouse in NYC. The Friends star is doing quite well for herself in her 40s, and she will surely enjoy making this new place into her own.
Just recently, Jennifer Aniston was seen stepping out in a jaw-dropping orange dress, and now she'll have the same type of home. The apartment is in New York City's West Village.
The new digs only boasts one bedroom, but it must be quite amazing with the $8 million price tag Jennifer Aniston paid hairstylist Sally Hershberger. Of course, Aniston also took the 17th floor one-bedroom right below the 18th floor apartment.
When Hershberger owned the penthouse, she had the home renovated by architect Brad Floyd and designer Joe D'Urzo. Although the apartment was so recently renovated, Jennifer Aniston will combine the 17th and 18th floor apartments to create 2,700 square feet of space. It will also have 900 feet of outdoor space. The cost of this is sure to add to the $8 million price.
There is no doubt that Aniston will enjoy the beautiful views that the NYC penthouse offers here. The location is great as well, and when all the renovations are complete, she will be able to invite many of her friends over for parties and get-togethers.
