I have to say I am actually having a really good day. I hope I don't jinx it by saying that though. I have had no signs of panic all day, no chest pains, no strange adrenaline surges. So that to me is a good day. Hopefully my luck will continue in to the evening. Evening time is usually when it gets the worst. So keep your fingers crossed for me for a good night.
The doctor prescribed me some pills that are supposed to adjust my serotonin levels this should help to adjust my body and put everything back where it should be and keep the adrenaline in check.
Unfortunately the treatment takes about 6 to 8 weeks before everything gets all straightened out. So until this medication takes over and hopefully totally fixes me I have to take it one day at a time.
Note: If you don't normally read my stuff and have no idea what I am talking about I was diagnosed with panic disorder a little over a month ago and have been struggling with it and learning about as well as making sure there is nothing else going on with my body.

I'm glad to read your doctor is using a long acting SSRI instead of only relying on benzos. Anyway, just wanted to say hi, and show my support. If you ever want to chat, exchange opinions, or just vent, feel free to write back.
